Gas Mass Flow Controllers for Industrial Process Control

 

The mass flow controller separately controls the mass flow of oxygen and natural gas, and mixes and burns with a precise ratio,
so as to control the flame temperature of the robotic arm, so as to realize the fully automatic process control of heating the surface of the car bumper.

0-1000SLPM F5 Air (Standard Series)

0-100SLPM F3 CH4 (low differential pressure series)

 

Among them, the natural gas source is supplied by cylinder gas. Due to the limitations of the site conditions, the gas source pressure is only
a few tens of kPa, and the pressure decreases as it goes on. The low pressure loss mass flow controller can reach 100SLPM full scale with only 0.30psi (≈2.07kPa) source pressure.
